Pacific Star Capital was founded by Ethan Penner, David Walker and Aria Mehrabi in June 2003 with the objective of identifying real estate investment opportunities across the United States that would provide their investors with attractive risk-adjusted high yield returns and opportunities for capital appreciation. The Company has leveraged the strengths of its founding principals who have extensive experience in structured finance and real estate operations to identify investment opportunities, formulate the optimal finance structure, and provide execution to achieve its goals for its investors. Since its inception in June 2003, the Company has acquired a portfolio totaling $610,000,000 in real estate. After dispositions, the Company's current portfolio has an estimated value in excess of $572,000,000.
Pacific Star Capital is currently bidding and/or has offer letters out on approximately $400,000,000. Given the current interest rate environment, Pacific Star
Capital anticipates that it will have the opportunity to acquire approximately $300,000,000 to $500,000,000 in assets over the next year.
